It's a very nice coffee/drinks bar with great music. But I also wish there was a no-chatting rule. And of course, there’s smoking, but that goes with the territory. But I still love it there. I've been there twice already. I'm a regular!
Tosh I am so jealous of your familiarity with the Tokyo geography.. I know about Shinjuku station from my Murakami obsession.. what do you mean by 'Showa-era'?
The Showa-Era is from 1926 to 1989. All tied to the Emperor Shōwa. From his birth to his death, and of course, the Emperor during World War II. It is also the ultimate time for mid-century design in Japan and culture.
Must try potato salad in a sandwich! Initially it seems like a tautology, but the Scottish equivalent is a crisp (potato chip) sandwich and a chip (french fry) butty (sandwich or bread roll) is a classic.
Ready to rumble! Both of you look like you mean business!
Fight we must!
Nice to read that you dug DUG. Was it a knockout??
