What a nightmare, Tosh. I am so glad you persevered and are back on track. When stuff like that happens, I tend to collapse -- at least for a bit. Good for you that you fixed things. Sending good thoughts.

I am SO happy to hear this Tosh. I can’t fully express my admiration for your approach and that it got results from the bureaucratic nightmare you were in. Less valiant patients I’m sure give up in despair. So awful people in the midst of life threatening circumstances must deal with these sorts of things. Hooray for you!

That insurance snafu happened to Chris too, not Kaiser but another plan. He was notified he was no longer on the plan and I kept at him to get another. He then was notified that he was on the plan after all. It sounds like a scary misinformation thing.
