Tosh, it was Tommy Millers birthday yesterday.. can't believe he is gone.. he would have been 75 I think.. I got those reissues to listen to.. love the Souvenir of a Dream it doesn't get old..they say he used to spend hours in bookstores and his flat was littered with books...I like that Edward Collins I want to hear it.. remember the artist James Chance? I would put those 3 together in a miracle jam....

Jeff, it took me all day today to think, who is Tommy Miller, and then a few seconds ago - BINGO! And yes, I can't believe he's gone as well. And I just heard that the re-issue of Television's third album is out and about. I need that! Edwyn Collins (Orange Juice) is a really remarkable songwriter and singer. And James Chance/White - too good!

Some magic there!

Yes, for me, a lot of magic. That's a good word for the music above.

The Keith Relf single is such a classic-sounding song, and I'm shocked that it never became a hit. The legendary (and fantastic) Simon Napier-Bell wrote the music and produced it. I play this a lot.

The Prince Stash record here on my list is very rare. It's almost impossible to find a copy, and if you do, it's expensive. I wrote about it here: https://tosh.substack.com/p/a-mystery-i-love-prince-stanislaus?utm_source=publication-search
